CabiNetwork Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: March 11th, 2025

These Text Messaging Terms & Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern the text messaging program (the “Service”) offered by CABINETWORK LLC (“CabiNetwork,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile phone number and opting into our Service, you accept and agree to these Terms & Conditions.


1. Program Description

CabiNetwork may send you one-time or recurring automated text messages (SMS and/or MMS) regarding:

  • Order updates and delivery notifications
  • Appointment reminders and scheduling
  • Marketing promotions, special offers, and discounts
  • Other company news or relevant information

Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with us and the specific program or offer you have selected.


2. Opt-In & Consent

  1. Voluntary Participation

    • By providing your mobile phone number and checking the required consent box or otherwise indicating your agreement, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from CabiNetwork.
    • Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  2. Accuracy of Information

    • You represent that you are the account holder or have permission from the account holder to use the mobile phone number you provide to receive text messages.

3. Opt-Out

  1. How to Opt Out

    • You may opt out of our text messaging program at any time by replying “STOP” to any text message you receive from us. You may receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message.
    • After this, you will no longer receive automated text messages from that particular program unless you opt in again.
  2. Effect on Other Communication

    • Opting out of one text messaging program does not necessarily cancel all CabiNetwork text message subscriptions. You must reply “STOP” to each program you wish to opt out of, if applicable.

4. Costs & Carriers

  1. Message and Data Rates

    • Standard message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received, as provided in your mobile telephone plan.
    • Charges are billed and payable to your mobile service provider. CabiNetwork does not charge for sending or receiving text messages.
  2. Supported Carriers

    • Text messaging may not be available on all carriers or devices. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and is outside of CabiNetwork’s control.

5. User Obligations

  1. Device Compatibility
    • You are responsible for ensuring that your device and mobile service plan are compatible with receiving text messages from CabiNetwork.
  2. Age Restrictions
    • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to participate in our text messaging programs.

6. Privacy

  1. Use of Personal Information
    • We respect your privacy. By opting into the Service, you acknowledge and agree that we may collect and use personal data you provide (such as your phone number) to send you messages in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

  3. Data Security
    • While we strive to use reasonable security measures to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent every unauthorized attempt to access, use, or disclose personal information.

    • The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. CabiNetwork makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Service.
  2. Reliability & Availability
    • We do not warrant that your use of the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Delays and omissions may occur.

8. Limitation of Liability

  1. General Limitation
    • To the fullest extent permitted by law, CabiNetwork will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use or inability to use the Service.
  2. Indemnification
    • You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CabiNetwork from any claims or damages arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Service.

9. Modifications to Terms & Conditions

CabiNetwork reserves the right to change, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the revised Terms & Conditions to our website. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of any updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.


10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising out of these Terms & Conditions or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [Your County, Your State].
